Training program.

There will be large and small group sessions involving theory and practice, as well as individual Alexander lessons. Optional classes will be offered in related studies such as Yoga, Alexander Technique in Daily Activities, Sports Skills, Relaxation, Authentic Movement, Voice, and Performance Skills. Each week will offer practical, in-depth study. Study includes several private lessons with master teachers, a small daily homeroom group in which you work closely with one teacher for the whole week, and a variety of afternoon and evening classes and activities from which to choose.

Mid-Atlantic Camps has been providing outstanding instruction for thousands of middle and high school students since 1977. Students are offered instruction in basic and advanced techniques in the areas of marching and concert band. Individual students can attend the Middle School Concert Band Camp or the Band Front Camp; Full marching bands have the opportunity to attend one of the marching sessions, helping them prepare for the Fall football and competitive marching seasons.
