Training program.

There will be large and small group sessions involving theory and practice, as well as individual Alexander lessons. Optional classes will be offered in related studies such as Yoga, Alexander Technique in Daily Activities, Sports Skills, Relaxation, Authentic Movement, Voice, and Performance Skills. Each week will offer practical, in-depth study. Study includes several private lessons with master teachers, a small daily homeroom group in which you work closely with one teacher for the whole week, and a variety of afternoon and evening classes and activities from which to choose.
